Zana Mihajlovic is the founder of Studio ZMKD. She studied art and audiovisual media at BU Wuppertal before completing her bachelor’s degree in communication design at PBSA Hochschule Düsseldorf and going to HfK in Bremen for her master's degree. Her meticulous and unconventional method of approaching projects almost has something of a detective quality to it — which probably has a lot to do with her great literary idol, Sherlock Holmes. She develops her ideas by listening and asking targeted questions. When she’s not designing, she’s collecting new impressions all over the world, exploring the Scottish Highlands, or working as a freelance author/copywriter and photographer.
David Ippendorf is the founder of ADI 3D Studio. Before founding ADI 3D Studio, he worked for 14 years as a senior art director for major brands and companies in the fields of 3D, animation and print. His motto: “Turn imagination into reality” has become a permanent attitude in daily life and comes to full use in each project. Besides his work as ADI 3D Studio he runs the sustainable brand “Wuppertal Original”. Here he designs and develops conceptual illustrations and products of Wuppertal originals, which he produces, e.g. in screen printing, and distributes throughout the city.
Hannah Füßer studied communication design at the PBSA Hochschule Düsseldorf and then went to Berlin for her master’s degree at the UDK. She is a real aesthete, with an empathetic and keen eye for the detail — whether in idea development, editorial design or illustration. Her open mindedness to always find new ways in her creative expression also characterizes her way of both thinking and creating as a designer. Working with her also means embarking on an exciting journey through different materials, folding techniques and forms. But her talent is not only in design: as head–of–organization she brings a structure to every planning and every project.
Appreciation, trust and a respectful approach are the basis for successful cooperation. For this reason, we expect our values to be followed in each project. A great cooperation — within the team and also in our customer–studio relationship — has a positive effect on the project & all involved parties.
The development of customized design solutions requires open–mindedness, courage and the willingness to rethink. Both on a designer’s and a customer’s part. This is the way we can achieve impressive design solutions as a team. Let’s start your next project together, courageously and with an open mind.
